SwipeLab Terms of Service

Welcome to SwipeLab ("SwipeLab," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using SwipeLab, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SwipeLab.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• Any photos you upload depict only adults; and
• You have the right and permission to upload all content you submit.

2. Description of the Service

SwipeLab allows users to:

• Upload photographs;
• Receive feedback and ratings from other users;
• Rate photographs uploaded by others;
• Purchase credits or earn credits through participation.

SwipeLab is intended solely for informational and entertainment purposes.

SwipeLab does not guarantee any particular dating outcomes, match rates, attractiveness assessments, or real-world results.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant SwipeLab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Store,
• Display,
• Reproduce,
• Process, and
• Distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent that:

• The content is yours or you have permission to use it;
• It does not violate any third-party rights;
• It does not depict minors;
• It does not violate applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Upload photos of minors;
• Upload photos of other individuals without their permission;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
• Attempt to manipulate ratings through automated means;
• Use bots or scripts;
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the Service;
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content;
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

5. Ratings and Scores

SwipeLab ratings, percentages, percentiles, confidence estimates, and adjusted scores are statistical estimates generated from user activity.

They:

• Are subjective;
• Reflect the opinions of participating users;
• Are not objective measures of attractiveness;
• Should not be interpreted as factual statements.

Users acknowledge that these results may be imperfect, inconsistent, or influenced by limited data.

6. Credits and Purchases

SwipeLab may offer credits through:

• User participation; and/or
• Monetary purchase.

Credits:

• Have no cash value;
• Are non-transferable;
• Are non-refundable except as required by law.

Pricing may change at any time.

7. Refunds

All purchases are final except where required by applicable law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms.

You may discontinue use at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of ratings,
• Availability of the Service,
• Compatibility with any dating platform, or
• Any improvement in dating outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWIPELAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• $100 USD; OR
• THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SWIPELAB IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
